Crossing the Yulonghe River

     In rural China life and agriculture is fairly basic. For farming, the use of animals to tend the fields is more predominate than machinery. Near Guilin, with misty karst mountains in the distance, my timing was good to capture a rice farmer and his water buffalo crossing an old stone arch foot bridge on their way to the fields.
