Golden Serenity Island 4919

     Lake Eibsee is a high mountain lake located in Bavaria, Germany. Dotted with small islands and filled with clear, green-tinted water, the lake is considered one of the most beautiful in the Bavarian Alps. With the lake surrounds by high mountain peaks, it is not until mid-morning before sunlight makes its way to the lake’s surface, On this autumn morning the sky was filled with clouds with small patches of blue sky between them. As the clouds moved past, I was fortunate enough for the sun to break through the clouds and spotlight the tiny island turning its autumn foliage into a golden display of color.
