Morning Stillness

     Early one morning on a lake in Slovakia, I chanced upon a single boat moored next to the shore wrapped in a blanket of fog. The soft morning light complimented fog’s texture as gentle breaths of air created tendrils of motion across the scene. My imagination took in the scene and created a mental image of minimalism that matched exactly what I feeling about how to render the scene. Image imagined, image seen, image made.
